Commission Terms and Service
▪︎Please be clear about how you want the commission to look. References are welcome.▪︎Payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. No refunds once work begins. Once the initial payment is made, I will start working on the drawing. The drawing will not be delivered until the remaining 50% has been received.▪︎Payment method: PayPal▪︎If payment is delayed by 3-5 days or more, I will cancel the commission.▪︎Delivery: The drawing will be sent by email, the file format can be PNG or TIFF, you can specify. PSD or CLIP files are available for an additional 80%.▪︎Usage rights: You may share the artwork with credit. No reselling or claiming as your own.▪︎Commercial use: Additional 80% fee. Royalties of 20% on merchandise sales, NO digital art sales.▪︎Watermarks: The artwork will include my signature and a simple watermark, no cross-watermark.▪︎Revisions and Changes: You may review sketches to suggest changes a reasonable number of times, line art request colored lineart if desired, and flat colors. No further changes can be requested once the sketch, line art, and colors have been approved.▪︎Blacklist: Clients who fail to pay, claim ownership of artwork, or are disrespectful will be blocked.
